I am on a “no oven” kick right now, and this easy to put together salad goes with almost anything! It’s sweet, tart, and delicious! Forget the lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing salads – BORING! We paired this with a grilled burger (no bun!) and a BBQ roasted maitake mushroom.
