Strawberry Rhubarb Chia Jam

Here is a kid-friendly recipe for a healthy jam using only honey to sweeten it up!  We love to use local raw honey!


1 1/3 cup strawberries

2/3 cup rhubarb

3 T honey

2 T chia seeds

A dash of cinnamon (optional)

Process all ingredients in a blender and refrigerate overnight, allowing the chia seed to gel and thicken the jam. Enjoy!!
