Breakfast parfait

This is a kid-friendly recipe for those busy weekday mornings!  This is so easy to put together and not only is it super healthy, it’s really delicious too!!

We love the Purely Elizabeth brand of granola – has very little sugar and great ingredients (remember:  all granola is not equal!  Read the labels!!!!)

For those of you who don’t know what kefir is, here is a great description (I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but from the first time I tried this brand of kefir, I loved it!)




1/3 cup granola (our fave brand: Purely Elizabeth)
1/3 cup pomegranate kefir (made from goats milk, similar to yogurt – our fave brand: Redwood Hill Farm)
fresh sliced strawberries (or any other fresh fruit)

Layer granola, kefir and strawberries in a bowl – grab a spoon and enjoy!!

    Yum!!! We drink milk kefir every day and I make my own water kefir as well! My daughter has digestive issues and the probiotics in the milk kefir have really helped her— so good for you. The parfait looks delish!
